Here you will find activities such as participation in conferences, exhibitions, book launches and other projects.
In working to identify archives and organisations in the Nordic countries related to the liberation and anti-apartheid struggle, the project wanted to contribute to disseminating archive initiatives in Southern Africa and show continuous collaboration. Here you will find reports on conferences, exhibitions and projects as well as pictures and lists of participants. Meetings, networks and collaborative partnerships that have been important fora for the project.

Delegation from Namibia visited the Nordic Africa Institute 23 March 2009
On the 23rd of March, the Institute received a delegation from Namibia which was headed by Mr. Per Sandén who is a Chief Technical Advisor at the SWAPO Party Archives & Research Centre. Read more about the visit.
Seminar in Iceland, 21 February 2009
The Documentation Project organised together with Prof. Jónína Einarsdottír of the University of Iceland a seminar on the theme, 'The Nordic Documentation Project on the Liberation Struggles in Southern Africa: The Icelandic People’s involvement and Lessons Learnt' in Iceland on the 21st of February, 2009.
